My first few days in California I was in the Redlands area, which is where Lindsay lives. She took me to this little Mexican food joint called El Burrito for lunch and it was delicious. I had the Veggie-Grande burrito, which included this tasty salsa on the side, and with my first bite, I felt like I was in Mexico. It was one of the best tortillas I have ever had and tasted like true authentic Mexican food. Lindsay had chicken tacos with yummy guacamole/sour cream sauce that were equally as delicious. This is definitely a little treasure in Redlands.

Our next stop was to do some shopping at Victoria Gardens. This was an awesome outdoor shopping center with some of my favorite stores. It just so happens that H & M was having a big sale, so needless to say, we spent most of our time in this store. We found some fabulous items for great prices. We don't have an H & M where I live, so I took full advantage of this opportunity. We stopped in some other stores and did a few mini photo ops. I had so much fun with Lindsay this day. It was great to spend quality time with my best friend and I already miss this.
We decided to spread out all of our clothes on Lindsay's bed and take a photo of the damage. I would say that we did pretty good, wouldn't you? :)
