During our pillow talk last night, my hubby and I were reminiscing about some of the old sitcoms we used to watch when we were younger. We were both listing of some of our favorites and often said, "Oh yeah! I forgot about that show, that was a good one!" Although I can't deny the fact that I am a reality t.v. junkie now (Real Housewives, Bethenny Getting Married, The City, and House Hunters to name a few), I truly miss some of the great classics. Every once and a while I like turn on T.V. Land and simply relax and enjoy some timeless television. I think the black and white episodes are probably my favorite.
What are some of the classic shows you used to watch?

i'm a reality tv junkie too!! i must admit, though, i really liked how the hills ended cause it sort of showed that even though it's "reality" it's still a production. anyway, i didn't watch a lot of tv as a kid, but what little i did watch was with my dad and was sci-fi... star trek, mcgyver and the such.
I agree! No shows are scripted anymore all reality. I do miss those classic sitcoms we used to have growing up :-) especially the Brady bunch, family matters, full house, Sabrina !! The list goes on.
oh boy. i just found your blog and i'm glad i did now because, ha it tickles me to think, but i have been watching the andy griffith show all evening.
i miss mayberry sitting on the porch drinking ice cold cherry coke.

Oh wow, I used to love The Munsters, Laverne & Shirley, Happy Days, Bewitched-- I was a Nick at Nite girl at age eight :)
Now I mostly watch reality crap-- I love the drama.
